Thank you to everyone who has supported the cross country and track and field programs over these past few weeks. In the every-changing world of college athletics, these fundraising efforts are crucial to ensuring SDSU’s student-athletes can compete with the other top programs in the region and country. On September 20, the season will kick into high gear at the University of Minnesota-hosted Roy Griak Invitational. The Division I races will start at 10:00 a.m., first with the men and then followed by the women. As always, the meet is held at Falcon Height’s Les Bolstad Golf Course.
ONE DAY FOR STATE
One Day for STATE, held on Sept. 5, was another success for the university and the program. In 24 hours, 6,068 donors united to raise $2,757,790 from 7,172 gifts to transform lives at SDSU, supporting funds for over 110 different causes, including scholarships, research, academic programming, athletics and many more.
For the SDSU CC/TF program, 258 donors raised over $27,000 — thanks to everyone far and near who donated!
THE MARK STEINBORN MEMORIAL GOLF TOURNAMENT
Once again, the Mark Steinborn Memorial Golf Tournament was a smashing success with 36 teams, beautiful weather and great fun. Thank you to our hole sponsors and everyone who came out and played.

AUGUSTANA TWILIGHT
The men and women both finished second at the Augustana Twilight, losing close team races to Iowa Western CC (men) and Nebraska (women). On the women’s side, Meghan Ford was the runner-up. The junior’s performance earned her the Summit League's Women's Cross Country Peak Performer of the Week.
